Tuesday nights at 6:00 or 6:30 (30 minute classes)
Classes are 8
weeks for $75 which includes a leash. Your dog should be current on
vaccinations. A kennel cough inoculation is recommended for your dog's
protection. Classes are limited. To hold your place in class you must mail the
completed registration form along with a nonrefundable deposit of $37.50 What is
taught: sit, down, stand, stay, walking on a leash and coming when called.
The first week of class is orientation, which is held at the Westbrook
Armory, without your dog. You will need to bring to the orientation:
1. The
remaining $37.50.
2. A rabies certificate NOT the rabies tag, a copy of the
form that you got from your vet with the expiration date of rabies
vaccination.
Class size is limited, you are signing up on a 1st come basis. The faster I receive your registration and nonrefundable deposit, the better your chances of retaining a spot in class. If class is full your deposit will returned with notification or it can be applied to the next session. You will be notified a week prior to class to confirm.
Please complete and sign the registration form and send it along with a
nonrefundable deposit of $37.50 to the following address. Please put your dog's
age on the registration form, at the time of the first class.

AGREEMENT TO HOLD HARMLESS WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK. While Saccarappa
Obedience Club will exert due care and diligence to assure safety to those
persons attending dog obedience classes, I do understand that attendance of a
dog obedience training class is not without some risk to myself, members of my
family or guests who may attend, or my dog, because some of the dogs to which I
will be exposed may be difficult to control and may be the cause of injury even
when handled with the greatest amount of care.
In consideration of the
acceptance of my application to train with Saccarappa Obedience Club, I hereby
agree to indemnify, hold harmless, waive and release Saccarappa Obedience Club,
its trainers, officers, members and agents from any and all claims by myself,
members of my family or persons accompanying me to any training session or
function of Saccarappa Obedience Club, while in the building, on the grounds or
surrounding area, as a result of action by any dog, including my own.
